Just another update from ME!!  So yeah I hurt my lower back doing seated cable rows in Scania about a week ago.  Six valuim later I was back in Navistar drugged up.  Today is the first day that I actually feel “okay.”  Still gets sore and hurts when I stand or sit too long…oh well thus is life.  Other than that just reallly looking...
